Week 6 Lab: More Storybook Research

I found some images for my storybook and have written a part of each their stories.

The story of Cannetella
Anne was beautiful princess, who was pressured by her father to get married and have children. She then endured a miserable journey in hopes to find love and deliver an heir to the throne. Her ex-husband, Vante, treated her as if she were animal. Anne was able to escape with the help of Vante’s cooper, who went by the name of Richard. Vante heard of her escape and went straight to her father’s castle, and he was killed after he arrived. Anne and Richard fell in love, fulfilling one of her father’s wishes.
Anne and Richard tried for many months to have children, but they didn’t have any luck. They decided to go to the doctor to see what was wrong. After running tests, the doctor told Anne that she was infertile, and the cause was most likely due to trauma on her body…
The Story of Cinderella
Ella was a beautiful princess, who had met a widow, who went by the name of Angela and her daughter, Bree, and became friends with them. Angela became her stepmother and Bree became her stepsister. They were so cruel to Ella that her father sent her to an island for peace. There she fell in love with the Green Knight, Louis. Angela and Bree heard of Ella’s happiness, so they paid her a visit. Angela secretly poisoned Louis, but Ella was able to save him.
Ella and Louis live in Louis’ secret castle, and Ella’s father visits them every now and then. Even though Louis was perfectly healthy, Ella was enraged with her stepmother and stepsister for always trying to make her unhappy. Ella’s rage slowly turned into a plan for revenge…
The story of Clarissa
Clara was a beautiful princess of twelve who shared a room with her sisters. Her and her sisters spent all of their nights at the enchanted palace with twelve princes and they fell in love. Clara’s love was quickly torn away from her when a soldier named James figured out the mystery of the trap door. Clara and James wedded and were next in line for the throne.
Every night, Clara would slip from her bed and James to meet her sisters and go to the enchanted palace. James found out about this and he was not happy. He forbade Clara from going into the enchanted palace. But Clara loved her Prince Blake in the enchanted palace. She knew what she had to do in order to be with him…
After writing part of their stories, I got the idea of the plot twist being that their fathers had committed the crimes and not the princesses, rather than the plot twist being that they weren’t hiding out together.
